Characteristics:

• Very long wires. This does not mean, however, they will be always sufficient. The universal electrical set is designed in a manner which needs exchanging the wires in order to adapt the system to a specific vehicle.
• Use of quick release couplings in the case of an electrical circuit built by means of quick release couplings the individual wires should be carefully checked (according to the diagram). More importantly, a wire may get damaged because of broken insulation.
• Universal electrical sets (socked; electronics; seals) are manufactured to meet the requirements of standard assembling procedures; for this reason the assembling proves impossible in a number of special cases.
• In such cases, the parts required for the installation may be missing in the electrical set.
• A standard assembling manual contains no reference to untypical situations and hence, a universal electrical set must be assembled by skilled and experienced personnel.
